I am very supportive of this FAD; I think it is instrumental in
reinvigorating this vital part of the project.
However, we're _right_ in the middle of discussing this year's overall
budget. I'm really sorry the budget came to us so late (more than a month
into this FY!), but that's out of our hands. We have our next big meeting
about the budget on Monday. Paul, Shaun, if we call for lazy consensus
ending a week from now (needs at least three + votes and no -s), will that
be soon enough, or would you consider it more urgent than that?
