Can we re-use ask.fedoraproject.org for the help/support site?

Also, implementing the hub(s) will take some significant work. We can do
anything... but eventually figuring out a well defined scope (with
hopefully mockups?) could help constrain what might otherwise turn in to a
never-ending project. :)
