"OpenSSL", check with "Not MozNSS" for non-Fedora/RHEL platforms;
removed dn.c from the patch and put CRLCHECK in the isOpenSSL clause.

Fix for this issue (comment:28 in the ticket 47536) : the change in
ldap/servers/slapd/dn.c seems unrelated - should probably be in a
different ticket/patch
The patch is big, but the diff is straightforward.
