NOT april fool's - no budget yet, so let's delay the Monday meeting

Soooo, we don't have the community budget for FY17 yet. That was to be
the topic of Monday's meeting, but even if it comes in by the end of
day, that won't really give us much time to digest before the meeting.
Let's postpone until next week, by which time _surely_ we'll have it.*

* knock on wood, throw salt over shoulder, etc.
