Hi,

I'd like to make a short talk about translation in Flock 2016.
As F24 is the first release I'm a contributor, I'd like to share my point of view on :
 * current status of translation in Fedora
 * current tools
 * current processes

would someone help me out with content ? And/or suggest topics ?
I may also propose website, docs and infra to make workshops on the current status of translation to go further in Guidelines on what is translatable (or not), why, and how.

A shortlist of good and bad things I noticed :
 * status of fedora translation :
    * stats about contributors and language translations in Zanata and globaly in F20/F21/F22/F23/F24 repositories
    * good : many languages, zanata stats, appdata infos
    * bad : not easy to know current situation, finding the right translation platform for each software ?
 * current tools :
    * list of what are the main tools we are using
    * good : zanata easy to use, translation memory, bugzilla, trans-* lists, meetbot, test day tool
    * bad : data access & stat production, activity feed, link with projects repositories, outdated information about transifex, insufficient use of wiki, what to translate on wiki ?
 * current processes :
    * list processes (website, docs, release focused software, softwares from big projects firefox/kde/gnome, others)
    * good : global schedule with every project included, quick and honest answers (sometimes we know, sometimes it's messy)
    * bad : review process isn't use by many teams, automatic push of content on websites, the role of staging websites is useless for translation as everything is pushed to both platforms

This looks good, today is last day to submit talk and unfortunately not much time to go through this now :(
I will recommend please submit proposal for now, . Later you can work further to improve it.
