I've tested Fedora-Minimal-Rawhide-20180308.n.2.aarch64 on rpi3 and it looks good,but there is still a Problem getting WIFI to work with channel 13:
1. regulatory.db is NOT included anymore in the crda package BUT can be downloaded from here https://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/pub/software/network/wireless-regdb/ ; I'm actually not sure if it is really needed anymore
2. the root cause seems to be https://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-wireless/msg170886.html which was introduced by https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/10236241/ so that this is the failing line in the kernel: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/tree/drivers/net/wireless/broadcom/brcm80211/brcmfmac/cfg80211.c?h=v4.16-rc5#n6805
Let's hope that this will be fixed upstream…
