Hi herrold,
I am not sure if I understand your request correctly, but we don't grant rights for specific contents. The websites team manages all Fedora websites and is responsible for the correct build of the content and keeps the pages up to date.
We work very close to Spin SIGs too, so if you want to make FEL working again, just tell us which changes you need and we will make them. Otherwise your request should be like "I want to be part of the websites team" and we are happy to show you how we work and what our workflow is.
