I have tracked it down so far to a regression between:
kernel-5.0.0-300.fc30.aarch64
kernel-5.0.17-300.fc30.aarch64

And drivers/mmc/host/bcm2835.c is the same in both versions.

I will contact you off-list, it would be great if you can fix that.
