[fedora-arm] Proposal to CANCEL : Fedora ARM & AArch64 status meeting (2019-07-09)

I propose we cancel this week's meeting due to summer vacation and travel. If
anyone would like to go ahead with the meeting please respond to the list to
let everyone know.
