F33 branch?

Rick (or others),

I was going to add links to IoT from the main getfedora page. Would it step on your toes if I created the f33 branch to start getting those changes ready? I can't find release SOP docs (though I swear I've seen them somewhere before), so I don't want to do the wrong thing.
