If you just want to translate on weblate, then you don't have to be in
cvsl10n group. As far as I know, the contributor should at least belong
to one group other than the default cla_done group to edit the wiki page.
So if you want to add the entry to the page, you should be in at least
one group beside FPCA group, for example the cvsl10n group.
I have sponsored you to the cvsl10n group, I guess you can edit the page
now.
