Thanks for the information. I tried to reproduce it on a Rockpro64
board but rebooted correctly and the video is working fine.
This is with kernel 5.13.0-58.fc35.aarch64

Yes, this is OK. Could you please also share the boot log after a cold
reboot when it is working so we can compare if there's something
different ?
