[fedora-websites] Issue #1095: Banner on community sites to promote Nest with Fedora

Hi folks-- I have a request similar to #1079 - after seeing how much the banner helped with the survey, we would like to put one up for Nest with Fedora. I see we have some documentation here on how to go about this: https://hackmd.io/mko8NHloTVyjPMug9_LCvw?view

From that it looks like we want to add the banner to the following places:
HyperKitty lists
Docs.fpo
Accounts.fpo
Start.fpo
Wiki

I will be addressing the CommBlog & Discussions promotion.

The registration is live, here: https://hopin.com/events/nest-with-fedora-2021 and these should go up asap. They should be removed right after the conference (August 8th or 9th is good).
