[fedora-websites] Issue #1087: Remove the "old page" tag from "Communicating and getting help" fedoraproject.org/wiki page

Yeah. It's been on my todo list for a while too. The thing is, the information on that wiki page _is_ out of date. I agree that the "old" tag doesn't look good, but it's worse for it to be outdated and not give any warning. So, help wanted.
