Depends if we want to allow that "Anyone can read history"
(only assuming that preview is coupled with this setting,
though). Unfortunately, a moderator cannot change this
setting, only an admin.

Basically, I have nothing against to allow this setting. It
seems that this room will be one with rather low traffic.
And we should act openly, of course.
