[Test-Announce] Proposal to CANCEL: 2022-02-21 Fedora QA Meeting

Hi folks! I'm proposing we cancel the QA meeting on Monday. It's a
public holiday where I live, so I won't be around to run the meeting.
I'll plan for one the following week.

If you think there is something important to discuss this week, you
can volunteer to run the meeting by sending out an announcement with an
agenda like I usually would, and follow

meeting.
