This is now done:

* xfce4-dev-tools:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-6528a96bda
* libxfce4windowing:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-3b0c8887d7

Note that libxfce4windowing is now using Meson as it is now a
supported build mechanism.

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libxfce4windowing/c/03eb0ee4dd920886df1240aa4f4d15f2379621bb

I haven't checked to see if any of the others have made the switch, but
you may want to check as you update the Xfce stack to see if Meson is
an option.
