[fedora-arm] Thunderbird on Fedora aarch64 doesn't start anymore

Hi there,
Thunderbird didn't start anymore. Same problem on both systems: Rock5b and Orion O6, both Fedora 43 up2date
Failure:

Can't find any package contains "/usr/lib64/thunderbird/v4l2test"

How to fix this ?
