[fedora-websites] Issue #965: New translation for Afrikaans (af)

I just uploaded a (mostly) complete translation of getfedora.org to Zanata. I didn't see any instructions on how new languages are added, so I thought I would create an issue here. I'll be happy to review the translations in context once it is deployed.
