Hi,

I'm not 100% sure to be present, but i would like to contribute to some
"state of translation in Fedora project".

Using Richard Hugues work on AppStream, I created statistics :
https://holcroft.fr/oc/index.php/s/oiMAMvq3qZKgpkV

Global information it gives you (not language related) :
* nb_components => number of "components" in the xml file (it can be a
font, a desktop application, etc).
* nb_keywords => number of keywords (I assume it is comming from
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/tagger/).

"Language" information it gives you :
name => Number of component name translated in the locale
summary => Number of component summary translated in the locale
description => Number of component summary translated in the locale
keyword => Number of keywords translated in the locale
pack_lang => Number of components explicity marqued for this locale
=> count the presence of the language in <languages></languages> per
component. Exemple: <languages><lang>fr</lang></languages>

pack_lang_with_percent_count => Same as above, but it counts when a
percentage is available. Exemple: <languages><lang
percentage="83">fr</lang></languages>
pack_lang_with_percent_amout => Same as above, but it make the sum of
percentages (you may want to make a sum to make it relevant)

This kind of information, added to Zanata statistics may be a good
introduction to explain what exists and what is to improve, isn't it ?
