Sorry,not "Download Fedora 24 Alpha Workstation" banner but "Try Fedora 24 Alpha" banner.
"Try Fedora 24 Alpha" banner link is not localized. This link target is only to English page.
And also the links under "Get more Fedora" are not localized.
So the links "Fedora Spins"","Fedora Labs", "ARM® Technology" are not localised.
For example, if I click the "Fedora Spins" from not English page, then the page is jumped to English page.

I fixed the prerelease links in getfedora.org, but not the others (live in about 50 minutes).
Also, the same happens on spins.fpo and labs.fpo. All these websites have links inside, and it is ok if we try to localize the internal links (i.e. from the download page to the prerelease page).
I don't think we should localize links which are external, and spins.fpo is an external website if you are on getfedora.org. Normally external links are not localized.
So, I'll fix also the other websites to be consistent.
