Okay, so, I'm going to go ahead and call for lazy consensus by the end of
the day on Monday, April 18. That gives all council members time to digest
a little bit after the Monday budget meeting. We should at least have the
attention of all council members... if anyone needs a little more
(reasonable) amount of time, please ask for it. (Or, we can possibly get
unanimous agreement before Monday.)
Robert already replied on the council list with a +1 to budget of $4800,
and Remy with +1 to under $5000, and I'll add my +1 as well. That's
sufficient to pass if there are no negative votes.
