[Test-Announce] Re: Fedora 32 Final Freeze

Hi all,

It is just now decided by FESCO to postpone the freeze by 2 days due
to issues with bodhi and koji, that means, the freeze will start on
Thursday, April 09 2020 at 14:00 UTC.
