I just noticed that the recent Transifex updates have produced some
interesting results. One of the new features is the ability to create
language teams and assign teams to projects, something that's probably
great for a lot of organizations.

For me, though, I'd like all of my Fedora work to be available to the
Fedora translation team. There are a few teams[1] in Fedora, and at
least some of them aren't intentional. My particular concern today is
the Fedora Cookbook[2] and probably the anaconda add-on development
guide[3], both Fedora Docs publications. I really don't think that
anyone is interested in the added overhead of managing teams this way;
Fedora Docs is happy to have the strings available to as many
translators as possible.

Who can manage these teams, and their assignments? If I create a new
book, what is the procedure for getting the Fedora team assigned to it?
