[fedora-arm] perl-SDL testsuite hang on ARM

Hi Guys,

One of the tests in the perl-SDL testsuite hangs on ARM,
not sure what is going on. For now I've disabled the one
offending test. It is in a rather obscure sub-module, so
I don't think it matters much.

Still I'm posting this here in case anyone wants to take
a shot at fixing this, see the perl-SDL.spec in master
for details.
