You will perhaps have to explicitly include in the schedule the
concept of a parallel run. That is, a small slice of time when the
Zanata instance will mirror everything that Transifex has. This will
enable language teams to confirm and sign-off on access
rights/privileges, translation flows, glossaries etc
The switch-over will come subsequent to that.
