at my knowledge, nothing changed about docs process.
we created this guide so we can see the result and make translation
review without asking docs team to publish our work. Zanata is great for
translation memory, but we can't see strings in context.
yes, it still make sense to report typos, mistakes, etc.
this kind of report is to be done all the time and is very welcome
