We encourage local communities to support Fedora users and this is a
website which fits perfectly into this mission. The domain name is the
classic one choosen by many other local communities, but to use it (thanks
for wanting to get it done right) you need to sign the Trademark license
agreement Matthew pointed you to already.

Once you have it we can redirect https://tw.fedoracommunity.org/ to your
website (same as we do for other local communities), you should file a
separate Infra ticket for this. Finally, please file a Websites ticket to
get https://fedora-tw.org added to http://fedoracommunity.org which is our
website for all local communities we have over the world.
