You had not even requested;p I've added you 'bigant' and approved as
'sponsor' now.

Many of new translators would not have any membership of fas group. If a
translator does not have any membership (aka approved user) of any fas
group, he/she has no right to vote. That is what I learned from Zoltan
and mailga at FLOCK.

So it is important for the coordinator to approve new translators into
this group if my understanding is correct.
