I think the question is talking about Zanata's review feature.
A reviewer can 'accept' or 'reject' a string translated. A string once
accepted, it is marked as approved and can be filtered. If a team size
is small and would like to focus on higher completion percentage than
spending time for review, then it can be ignored. No difference when
packaged. This feature is good for people/team would like to get a
review from other translator/reviewer for quality purpose.
