It was my bad. I was the owner of this book. I was too busy and unable
to respond and migrate, thus gave up, sorry. I still believe that it
would be nice to have the guide in book format than wiki. The book has
revision history, and reader can know the version he is reading (if
translated version is older).

If anyone wants to start new book for translation team, it is most
welcomed :-)

AFAIK, a translator could join docs team and gained necessary permission
to publish for his team translated books by himself. For Japanese team,
Jokagi-san is translator and publisher for Japanese translated books.
However, I understand that atm docs team has the publishing issue and no
book can be published. I might be wrong, please correct me.

JB, another roll, publisher!!
