You did your self introduction yesterday, so the czech coordinator
should add you to that group soon.
According to the "L10N teams" page, it should be Adam Pribyl

I added him in CC, so he may solve you issue.
Please note the usage of this FAS group is quite new (2 month old)
because of spam problems and that coordinators are as busy as every
contributors, it may take a few days.
A few are thinking/working on an easier process, but it is not done yet.
