[389-users] Re: invalid bind dn

dn="Directory Manager,dc=text,dc=in" is not a valid dn (err=34)

the attribute for "directory manager" is missing. you need to verify what is teh proper dn, most likely: "cn=directory Manager,dc=text,dc=in"
but you have to make sure this entry exists
