[fedora-websites] Issue #807: Recommend graphical system upgrade

mclasen reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are following:

The banner text on https://getfedora.org/en/workstation/download/ says "Install via DNF" if you are already on Fedora.

For the workstation, we would prefer if the was pointing to a page explaining graphical system upgrades as supported in GNOME Software, instead of the commandline method.

I also think it would be clearer if the link text said "upgrade" instead of "install".
