[fedora-websites] Issue #838: The Alt Cloud page should list all Architectures that have cloud images available

pbrobinson reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are following:

It's confusing to have Cloud and not have all the supported architectures that support cloud images listed in the downloads, I've had numerous queries since the release of Fedora 28 as to why there's not various architecture cloud images to which my reply is there is but when the people show me there's only x86 listed in the Alt cloud page.
