I know it is probably not the right answer to all of these issues, but I
was attending the L10N CZ team where everybody presented a tools used for
translation and at that time I was much impressed by "pontoon"
(https://pontoon.mozilla.org/) used for mozilla especialy with the speed
of the tool - ATM fedora.zanata.org is loading a left side bar almost a
minute...
