[fedora-websites] Issue #862: Publish F30 key at https://getfedora.org/keys/

bowlofeggs reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are following:

Please publish the Fedora 30 GPG key at https://getfedora.org/keys/.

* When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
No due date.

* When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
When Fedora 30 goes EOL.

* If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
There won't be a great way for users to know which key ID to expect on F30 packages.
