[fedora-websites] Issue #863: Update the workstation download page for Silverblue

mclasen reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are following:

Please update it to say:

The links will need updates as well. I am not entirely sure about the download link atm,
but the Learn more link should be pointed at https://silverblue.fedoraproject.org/
