MTP support by default

Hello Xfce friends,

I just installed the Xfce spin on a brand new laptop and ran into a
long-forgotten problem I think users should never face: nothing
happens when I plug my android device by default.

Installing the gvfs-mtp package is enough to help Thunar figure
everything out, and given the size of this package I think it should
be part of the default installation.

Recently I had to resort to using a 2011 laptop and I decided to use
the Mate spin to give a try to a DE I hear so many praises about. In
terms of polish, Mate is better IMHO and at least the Mate spin comes
with MTP support by default.

While I very much enjoy Mate, this short 2-month try was not enough to
convince me to switch. I just installed the Fedora 28 Xfce and the
only thing I have to complain about is MTP support because once again
I had to look it up and I think "regular" users would just come to the
conclusion that it doesn't work.

Thanks again for maintaining my favorite DE in my favorite OS!

Dridi
