looking up in the messages I see:
Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package

authselect-libs(armv7hl-32) = 1.0.1-1.fc29, but none of the providers
can be installed
- cannot install the best update candidate for package
authselect-1.0-3.fc29.armv7hl
