[fedora-websites] Issue #867: Need help building good examples for Fedora Bootstrap

I added commit rights for @fedora-web
in the hope that it would bring actual examples from some of you web members.

Basically I've been trying to learn Fractal Build https://fractal.build/ and trying to develop some kind of UI styleguide for Fedora websites.
The repo is here: https://pagure.io/fedora-ui/fractal

Examples should look something like this in preview:
https://fedora-ui.github.io/fractal/components/detail/nav.html

Add notes into the README.md for each component
Handlebars .hbs files are nothing more than a superset of html - it is where the examples should be created.
