Heads up!
Master branch is now: 389-ds-base-1.4.3
No more enhancements should be going into the 1.4.2 branch.
389-ds-base-1.4.0 is essentially dead, so moving forward all bugs fixes
need to be back ported to 1.4.1, and 1.4.2.
