I think you're correct. We used to list a few netinstall images on this page. It looks like we still product netinstalls for the "Everything" build too (which is actually the only thing we build for Everything). I'm not sure if there's a difference between those two deliverables. I'll do some digging and see if I can find the history.

@codeblock are you aware of why we're calling the Netinst "Server" and not something more generic?
