HEADS UP: Council meeting to #fedora-meeting, date/time remains the same

Hi everyone,

As we discussed in the last meeting, we will move the Council meetings
to #fedora-meeting so that we don't have to push FPC to end their
meeting right on schedule. The time remains unchanged. Fedocal
entries[1] have been updated.
