[fedora-websites] Issue #1066: LInks also don’t need standard punctuation

riyajawandhiya reported a new issue against the project: `fedora-websites` that you are following:
``
This is taken from the website's footer (https://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/)
remove full stop from links as that is considered to be rude.
A Binghamton University research team found that text messages ending in the most final of punctuation marks are perceived as being less sincere.

**reason**

Headings and titles also don't need standard punctuation — they don't need a period ("." or full-stop), but question marks and sporadic exclamation points are okay when appropriate. Body text and full sentences always need a period.

**recommendation**

Footers are the first thing a user will see when they get lost in the website.
To solve this:
Avoid punctuation in the links, especially periods. Keep headings or titles short and descriptive of content within them.
