Totally, I sent an email to Ryan Lerch as I believe that I found the code base but need some more info before proceeding.

Regarding start.fpo, @t0xic0der and I came across a bug with building the test site (filed as https://pagure.io/fedora-websites/issue/1098), so I have a banner update added to the page, however I cannot see if it renders correctly until I can properly check the test build (I'm pretty sure that it'll work, but would like to see as I did it differently from how we did the survey).
