Yes I'm trying to follow the guide...
I have now reinstalled 5.11.12-300.fc34.aarch64 without doing any dnf update.
Deleted symlink '/boot/dtb'
Added 'dtparam=spi0-1=on' at the end of /boot/efi/config.txt
Still no /dev/spi*
