[fedora-arm] Fedora on Rock 5B

Hello together,

with Kernel: 6.11.0-0.rc3.20240814git6b0f8db921ab.32.fc42.aarch64 the
integrated Bluetooth is now working.

Missing is still accelerated GPU and Headphone Jack.
