Welcome on board and thanks for the kind words!
The first area that comes to my mind is the Fedora documentation[1]--there's a lot of work to be done there.
I tried to keep my focus on documentation that's meant to be read by the broadest audience, such as release notes and installation docs, but I can't translate all of it so your help would be much appreciated.
You could also consider contributing to the translation of upstream projects available on Fedora's Weblate such as ibus, or even directly contribute to upstream software included in Fedora such as GNOME.
You can also check out our Transtats instance[2] and find some projects that you'd like to contribute to, but last time I checked it looked a bit unmaintained.
