Translating Open Source may be complex for small teams, you are welcome
to reach us here or on Matrix (#l10n:fedoraproject.org) to know where to
go translate.
For example, to contribute to key software, the GNOME project may be a
good starting point: https://l10n.gnome.org/teams/lg/
If any issues related to date formats it will be in glibc, etc.
